FRP decorative embossed plate is a modern and popular decorative material made of new environmentally friendly high-performance organic resin and gel. During the forming process, the plate and the base material are meshed together in different spraying and film forming processes, and generally will not fall off and the shell will crack. It has the characteristics of impact resistance, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, moisture and mildew resistance, and easy installation.

Embossed surface:
This kind of surface is composed of many small gravel particles, and it has a very beautiful appearance. It can be widely used in kitchen and bathroom walls, and egg incubators outside cabinet panels. This surface is easy to clean and is a very designed panel.


Non-slip surface:
FRP non-slip surface is mainly used for indoor and outdoor floors with anti-slip requirements, such as corridors and toilet floors. We customize any color and size for customers, the thickness is preferably not less than 1.2 mm, free samples can be used on various surfaces.

2. Thermal insulation performance: the thermal conductivity of frp decorative embossed plate is about 0.23W/m2.K, the thermal conductivity of rigid polyurethane foam is 0.018-0.028W/m2.K, and the total heat transfer coefficient K value is less than 0.3 W/m2.K .

3. Surface properties: The surface of FRP has strong tensile strength, flexural strength and impact toughness, without deformation. It has excellent chemical stability to the atmosphere, rainwater and general concentration of acid, alkali, salt and other media.

The surface has high smoothness, anti-ultraviolet rays, good shading, no discoloration, easy to clean, especially suitable for various car advertisements.

4. Anti-permeability: The double-sided FRP panel has water permeability and excellent water resistance.

5. Flame retardancy: The flame retardant index of FRP board meets the national standard B2 level.
